That's it! I will do my morning, afternoon and before bed routine everyday. Now don't get me wrong, these are just guidelines I go by to keep my from getting sidetracked. Somedays life just throws things your way that you have no control over and I am unable to do things like I had planned. On those days I just do what I can and go on. I do not stress over not being able to stick to my routines on those days.
