Monday Chatter

The older I get the less time I have. Once I get home from work the hands on the clock just seem to race each other for the hours to disappear. That is how I feel anyway. I have so much I want to blog about but can't seem to find time to just do it. Even though I am off work today doesn't mean that I will be laying around. I have lot and lots to do!

First of all, I have finally got my christmas tree up. This is the first year ever that I have put my Christmas tree up by myself. So sad! Needless to say, it took me f-o-r-e-v-e-r!! Sissy has always, always helped me. Not this year. Just because she was working was just no excuse! Just kidding. It was more enjoyable when both kids were home to help and keep the excitment going in the house though. But, all good things must come to an end.




Next, of course there is always, always housework to do. At least my kitchen sink is not full of dirty dishes as it was the other day.




Next, I have joined a website to help in baking cookies for our soldiers. Will post pictures and share more infomation on this in a later post.

Then tomorrow night is our ladies fellowship night at church. I am really looking forward to it. We will be having a progressive dinner then revealing who our Secret Sister has been all year and draw for a new one for the coming year. I hate to give up whoever has been my Secret Sister. She has sure been a great one!

Then, being Monday, that means weight in night at WW. My goal was to loose 1.6 lbs. That would put me at my first goal weight. Not sure what my next goal weight will be. Wish me luck!
