Yep, me and Weight Watchers are seeing each other again on a weekly basis. Doctor wants me to exercise to increase my lung capacity since I am unable to breath in as much as I should and to get some weight off at the same time. Last week was my first weigh in and I will have to admit I was very disappointed. I lost 1.2 lbs. I was looking for at least 5. It went on quickly so I thought sure it would leave that way too. lol Oh well, better than gaining 1.2 lbs.
Anyone else doing weight watchers?
I'm doing ww. But I'm doing it on an app on my phone. Cheeper.
