  1. Soup bean casserole and mash sounds like a great winter meal : ) I can't cook chili as my husband is allergic to it and my daughter does not like hot foods! What are Chuck Wagon Sandwiches?

How's the little one, must be growing so fast eh!

    Blessings,
    Doreen

    1. Well Doreen, not really sure what Chuck Wagon is made of to tell you the truth. lol They are breaded patties. I will let you know tomorrow after I buy them. All I know is I don't like them.

My daughter is 30 weeks now. When she went to the doctor Monday, she found out the baby is still a boy, has hair, is bigger than he should be at 30 weeks, and is breach! My daughter only weight 107 lbs. when she got pregnant so she is tiny! Thanks for asking!

  2. Good to see you back girl! I love Soup Beans....tell us more about this soupb bean casserole. I love the idea of making the menu for the week. It just is soooooo hard....... It seems it is harder for me to get a menu with just me and my hubby at home. His work schedule is so hard. Blessings!

    1. I have made a menu for the week for so many years now. I started out doing it in order to save money on my groceries, and at the time we lived 25 minutes from the nearest grocery store and I just didn't have the time to keep making a special trip out everytime I forgot to buy something for a recipe. There is no way I could go grocery shopping now without a menu.

I will be posting the Soup Bean Casserole recipe. Hope you enjoy it!
