All my friends and family that have tried this seemed to really like this cheese ball. It is not that I don't like it, I just wasn't that crazy about it. But that is just me. Hope you enjoy it as much as the others did.
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. Salsa
1 (1.25) oz. packet Taco seasoning mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Combine cream cheese, salsa, taco seasoning and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl. Shape into a ball; coat with pecans.
Serves 8
