Tangy Broccoli Salad

I made this for a get together I had Saturday evening and everyone loved it including myself. I will definitely be making this again!

Prep Time: 20 min.
Total Time: 1 hr. 20 min.
Servings: 12 servings, 1/2 c. each

What You Need!
3/4 c. Miracle Whip Light Dressing
2 T. sugar
2 T. white vinegar
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 small red onion, chopped
4 c. loosely packed torn lettuce or spinach leaves

Mix dressing, sugar and vinegar in a large bowl.

Add broccoli, bacon and onion. Mix lightly.

Add lettuce just before serving. Mix well.

Cook's Note:
I used Fat Free Hellmans Mayo. and Splenda. If you are doing Weight Watchers like myself, this salad is only 1 pt. per serving.
