Hot Fiesta Dip

I got this recipe from my Weight Watchers magazine. Of course, you could use regular cheese if you are not wanting to make it low fat. I ate this with Baked Tortilla chips and it was yum-my!!

Serving Size: 1/4 c. (10 servings)
1 pt. per serving

1-10 oz. pkg. of frozen whole-kernel corn
1 1/2 c. salsa
3/4 c. (3 oz.) Weight Watcher's Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
2 T. chopped green onions

Microwave frozen corn according to package directions. Drain.

Combine corn and salsa in a microwave-safe 9 inch pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until bubbly.

Sprinkle cheese over corn mixture; cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with chopped onions.
