Crocheting! My grandmother Lovell taught me how to crochet when I was about 13 and I have enjoyed crocheting ever since.
I enjoy making afghans most of all. The above afghan is one I have worked on for a while. It is a very easy pattern and I can pick it up and put it down as much as I need to without having to follow a step by step pattern. Hopefully I will be able to finish sewing this together this weekend.
I have found a baby boy afghan I am going to make next I think. More on that later.
Oh that is lovely Tammi, I love the colours!
ReplyDeleteI remember my grandma too used to teach me how to crochet and I have only recently picked up this hobby again. She also used to make bobbin lace and I used to marvel at how fast she went! What sweet memories ~ thanks for sharing : )
A baby boy blanket?? You should tell who it's for before my mind sees too many things!! If you think I acted ugly at the wedding, you haven't seen anything!!!
