I fixed the Garlicky Smashed Potatoes Tuesday night. I just do not care for red potatoes. They just had a musty taste to me. I think if I had of just used my regular Idaho potatoes I would have liked them better. My dh and dd liked them real well and did not think that they tasted musty. They were very easy and quick to make,which makes them worth fixing again. If anyone else tries this recipe, let me know what you think.
